Effective 22 September 2026. This page outlines the general approach to cancellation and refunds for paid Bixudarelo services.
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not involve payment. If a paid discovery, analysis or workshop is proposed, its scope, price, payment schedule, dates and tailored cancellation conditions will be provided in writing before you accept. You may choose not to proceed before a service arrangement is confirmed.
If a confirmed session needs to move, please provide notice as soon as reasonably possible through the Contact route. With at least 48 hours’ notice, Bixudarelo will normally seek an alternative time, subject to availability and the project rhythm. Repeated rescheduling may require the work to be re-scoped so reserved preparation remains purposeful.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is possible, the relevant written agreement, preparation already undertaken and circumstances will be considered. A late cancellation or missed confirmed session may be charged where dedicated time cannot be redeployed. Project-specific terms take precedence over this general policy.
If Bixudarelo cancels a confirmed paid session and no suitable alternative can be agreed, the fee for the unused service will normally be refunded. If delivered work materially differs from written scope, contact the practice promptly so the concern can be reviewed in good faith. Refunds cannot be based on a particular business outcome, because analysis supports judgment rather than guaranteeing a result.
Use the Contact link with the date, name used in the arrangement and a concise description of the request. Do not send payment details or confidential datasets through the public form. Bixudarelo will respond with an appropriate next step.
